The Team

Jason Reff

Jason is lead designer and lead programmer at Rogue Brain Studios. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology and is primarily interested in creating thoughtful strategy games. When he’s not coding, he enjoys playing games like Hearthstone and The Binding of Isaac, as well as playing board games with his friends.

Paul Avallone

Paul is a designer, programmer, and artist. He has a Bachelor of Science in Game Design and Development and a minor in Computer Science from RIT. He spent 2 years designing and programming VR games at ForwardXP. His favorite games of all time are The Last of Us and Super Mario Sunshine.

Valerie Yost

Valerie is the lead artist at Rogue Brain Studios. She has a Bachelor of Science in Imaging Science from RIT and enjoys farming and simulation games like Stardew Valley, The Sims, and Slime Rancher. Outside of gaming, Val likes to read, paint, and play with her cat, Mochi.

Max Reff

Max is the audio director at Rogue Brain Studios. He has a Masters in Fine Arts and loves to play guitar, make art, eat good food, and travel. He also enjoys playing horror and roleplaying games like Silent Hill and Dark Souls.
